Experience Counts
The Team at Gold Leaf Landscapes have a military engineering background. We have learned our way around heavy machinery with the Army. As a result we have been around heavy earthmoving machinery for many decades.
Hand Picked Operators
We work in conjunction with various sub-contractors. We have been working with our sub contractors on large scale projects for the past two decades. This includes an excavator driver, a bobcat driver and a dingo driver. All of which are chosen due to their years of experience with Gold Leaf Landscaping. Gold Leaf Landscaping are also planning to invest in own excavator and bobcat over the next 12 months.
Our Connections
Gold leaf Landscaping uses various high quality landscaping suppliers for their different products. We mainly use Wards Landscaping in Mullumbimby as our main supplier of materials. We usually ask for a particular recipe for the soil which is exclusive to Gold Leaf Landscaping.
Soils Ain’t Soils
For each type of garden and with different type of plantings comes the need for different types of soils. This ensures the successful establishment of the plantings. For example, for tropical gardens we create a very dense and rich soil. This is perfectly suited to the tropical plants and their needs. Our soils are something that we have refined over the years. This is to get the delicate balance which is required for each particular environment.
Ecology in mind
Ideally if we can use the property soil in this mix, we will. This saves the customer money. using the natural resources available for the best possible outcome. This being the approach that we have for all landscaping earthworks & excavation that we undertake.
